HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Works will ship within 10 business days and are usually received within 3-5 business days after shipping. Heavier pieces or extra-large pieces may require freight, and therefore, would require extra time. International orders may take up to 3 weeks for shipping.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
The majority of works are packaged by and shipped UPS (Ground) and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Packaging, Insurance and Shipping varies per piece and cannot be determined until received at UPS. Once we have total shipping expenses, we will review with customer, and a separate payment will be scheduled prior to shipping. All orders receive a tracking number.
CAN PURCHASES BE RECEIVED BY PHONE?
Yes. If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone that is perfectly fine. Purchases can also be made by check. Payment by check will require 10 days (for check to clear) before shipping is released.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are permissible if received within one week upon delivery (for normal size pieces) and as long as the work is returned in perfect condition. Returned work also has to be shipped fully insured. If an uninsured piece is returned that becomes damaged during shipping, a refund will not apply, and it will be up to the shipper to collect from insurance company. We have had a great experience using UPS with no damages to speak of in 14 years. If, however, your art arrives damaged, please contact your carrier immediately. As long as we have a statement from carrier accepting responsibility of shipping inadequacy, we will refund in full.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
Many of our artists will accept commissions. Certainly we accept commissions for bronze portraiture. Please contact us for more information.
